Our Service Guarantee

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Essence Hair Studio. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. 

Refunds

All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.

The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.

It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service. 

Right to Refuse Service

Essence Hair Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.

Return Policy

We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given and an in Salon credit will be issued.

48 Hour Cancellation PolicyWe understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us.

In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

Late

Please be courteous to your Artist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late there will be a 25 late fee charge every 15 minutes after your appointment time.

Children

We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas. Older children, (12+) capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind.

SALON & SPA ETIQUETTE

We have a strict “no judgement policy” for our guests. Our guests come from all walks of life and are here to relax and be taken care of regardless of social stature. Please be courteous and practice our salon rule of “If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all.” As a courtesy to our guest trying to relax, please silence cell phones and keep your voice

down when taking calls. Please leave all valuables at home. In order to safeguard your valuables from product exposure or loss, we ask that you do not bring your valuables to your hair services(s). We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Please do not bring extra people to your appointment. The salon studio is a cozy space and can only accommodate scheduled clients.

Personal snacks are allowed. However, I ask that you not bring any "smelly food" with you to your appointment.

ESSENCE Hair Studio accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Cash and Cash App.

You may request a reservation by visiting our website.

Online Scheduling

Your request will be scheduled based on Artist availability. Your request IS NOT APPROVED until you receive confirmation from ESSENCE Hair Studio.

Gift Certificate Policy

• Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service.
• Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable.
• Please call Essence Hair Studio concerning lost gift certificates.
• All gift certificates are non-refundable.
• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
• Gift certificates are valid at Essence Hair Studio only for all products and services available.
